Rafador AI does not sell your personal data for money. We do use advertising and measurement technologies on our public marketing and sign-up pages, and California and a number of other states classify what those technologies disclose as a “sale” or as “sharing” for targeted advertising. This page is how you turn that off.

Opting out is free, takes effect immediately, and does not change anything about your account or your use of the Service. Section 7 of our Privacy Policy explains exactly what these technologies receive and, more importantly, what they never receive: your resumes, your cover letters, your application answers, the employers you have applied to, and your equal-opportunity self-identification answers are never transmitted to an advertising platform under any setting on this page.

What this setting does

When you opt out, we stop loading advertising and measurement technologies in this browser, and we delete the advertising cookies those technologies previously set. Cookies that are necessary for signing in, keeping your session, security, and fraud prevention continue to work, because the Service cannot operate without them and we do not use them for advertising.

The setting is stored in this browser. If you use Rafador from another browser, another device, or a private window, set it there as well. Clearing your cookies clears the setting along with everything else, so you would need to set it again.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser automatically and you do not need to do anything on this page. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Other ways to opt out

You can also exercise choices directly with the advertising platforms and through industry tools: Meta’s ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. These are run by the advertising industry rather than by us, and they cover the platforms that participate in them.

Your other privacy rights

Opting out of sale and sharing is one of several rights you may have depending on your state. You can also request access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy describes each right and how to exercise it. To submit a request, or to have an authorized agent submit one for you, email privacy@rafador.com.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. Your plan, your price, your application volume, and the quality of the Service are identical whether you opt out or not.
